About Us

Coherent discovery through engineering

EMS Genomics merges engineering and biology to harness discovery in plants.

Single-celled and other plants have the ability to synthesize an almost limitless variety of natural compounds that are potentially of great value in the manufacture of break-through pharmaceuticals capable of treating a wide range of human diseases. Utilizing instrumentation of its own proprietary design for selectively stressing organisms, EMS Genomics has created both new technology and associated new methods for immediate quantification of stress levels.

Simply put, EMS Genomics is accelerating the discovery of plants with unique abilities that will provide the keys to new break-through pharmaceuticals.

We Create Solutions from Plants

Plants are rich in genetic targets for the development of pharmaceutical agents. We utilize several different scientific methodologies and technologies in our approach to creating more effective treatments. Specifically, we are involved in finding pharmaceutical targets within plants.
